What is the estimated date and time of your arrival on site? On show day the gates will open 06:00. No vehicle movement on the show field between 09:30 and 17:00. Set up is to be completed and vehicles moved to the exhibitor parking by 09:30. Friday set up is also available.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

In order to book a pitch, you must first supply evidence of having both current Public Liability Insurance and of having completed a suitable Risk Assessment of your intended use of the pitch. (If you intend to arrange Public Liability Insurance for show day only, please contact the Trade Stand Secretary to advise them of this before completing the booking process).

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE

Please upload one document to provide proof of your Public Liability Insurance policy. Your policy must be in-date at the time of booking. If the renewal date of your policy is before 28/06/2025, please provide your new certificate to the Trade Stand Secretary by Email prior to show day.
