There are five different pitch sizes available to traders this year:

The process for booking a trade stand is as follows:

Step 1:

Download our risk assessment form by clicking the button below. Fill the form in and save it.
Please complete all sections of the form including your Business details at the top of the page.
You will be asked to upload it as part of completing the Application Form.

Step 2:

When you’re ready to book, click on the Book a Trade Stand button below. This will take you to our online Trade Stand Application Form.
Please have your Public Liability Insurance certificate and completed Risk Assessment form to hand – you will be asked to upload these files.
Complete the application form, including all required fields, then click Submit Application Form.
Note that as part of submitting the form, you’ll be asked to confirm that you have read the Trade Stand Terms & Conditions.

Step 3:

Once your application has been confirmed, you’ll be directed to select your required pitch type and purchase your Trade Stand.

Please select the required quantity, then proceed to payment. We accept PayPal, BACS and credit/debit card (via PayPal).

† There are a limited number of 6.5m x 6.5m and 4m x 4m trade stands, in the Trade Stand village, with room immediately behind for parking.
These are allocated on a first come, first served basis. If you are interested in one, please state at time of booking.

All vehicle parking on the Main Showfield MUST be within your allocated pitch boundary or your vehicle should be parked in the Trade Exhibitor Parking area.
