· all equipment, including vehicles, must fit inside the lines of the trade stand purchased
· additional vehicles must be moved to an Exhibitors parking area before 09:00 and not moved again until 17:00 on show day
· there are two Exhibitors parking areas – stewards will direct you to the one closest to your allocated pitch
