What is the estimated date and time of your arrival on site? On show day the gates will open 06:00. No vehicle movement on the show field between 09:30 and 17:00. So, set up by 09:30 and vehicles moved to the exhibitor parking by 09:30. Friday set up also available.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

In order to book a pitch, you must first supply evidence of both having current Public Liability Insurance and of having completed a suitable Risk Assessment of your intended use of the pitch. (If you intend to arrange public liability insurance for show day only, please ring the trade stand secretary to advise him of this before completing the booking process)

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE

Please upload one document to provide proof of your public liability insurance policy. Your policy must be in-date at time of booking. If the renewal date of your policy is before 29/06/2024, please provide your new certificate to the Trade Secretaries by email prior to show day.
